Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of opsforgelab.com’s auto repair booking and network request service (“Service”). The inspection and estimates are performed by our partner garages.

1. What the Service is

The Service helps you submit a request for an auto repair inspection/estimate and request an appointment. We forward your request to partner garages, which provide the actual services (inspection, diagnostics, and/or estimates) in accordance with their own terms.

2. Provider information and pre-contract information

By using the Service, you will receive the information necessary for an informed choice, including our identification and how to submit complaints.

3. Partner garages

  • Partner garages perform inspections and provide estimates and/or repair services.
  • Availability, time, and scope of work depend on the partner garage and the vehicle’s condition.
  • Prices and conditions of repairs are determined by the partner garage.

4. Appointments and confirmations

When you request an appointment, we may communicate with you to coordinate details and share your request with a partner garage. Final appointment confirmation is made by the partner garage based on their availability. We do not guarantee a specific time slot.

5. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice, including due to technical issues, maintenance, or partner garage capacity.

6. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, opsforgelab.com is not responsible for:

  • decisions, actions, or omissions of partner garages;
  • the quality, timing, or cost of inspection/repair services;
  • indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Personal data and consent / privacy

If you submit requests through the Service, we process personal data to manage your request and communications. Where required, processing is based on your consent and/or another lawful basis provided by law. You can learn about the purposes, legal basis, and your rights in our Privacy Notice.

8. E-commerce / distance contracting disclosure

If the Service involves offers/arrangements made via the website, the following identification information applies to comply with distance contracting and e-commerce requirements.

9. How to submit complaints

If you have questions or complaints related to the Service, contact us using the details in the “Contact” section below. Where applicable, we will coordinate handling and inform you of next steps.

Where the situation relates to actual inspection/repair performed by a partner garage, you may also address the partner garage directly. Mandatory consumer rights regarding information and complaint-handling apply.
